Since 22nd December 2021, when the entire share capital of St Mary’s Football Group Limited was sold to Sport Republic Limited and Katharina Liebherr, the ultimate controlling party of St Mary’s Football Group Limited is Dragan Šolak. Both Dragan Šolak and Katharina Liebherr hold a significant interest in St Mary’s Football Group Ltd by virtue of their shareholdings.
