Southampton FC's B team will start their 2021/22 Papa John's trophy campaign with a trip to League Two side Leyton Orient in mid-September.
Dave Horseman's side will remain in London for their second game of Group G, travelling south east to The Valley as League One side Charlton Athletic host in early October.
Their final group game will see Southampton's youngsters face League Two side Crawley Town, visiting The People's Pension Stadium at the start of November.
