Southampton Football Club can confirm that all pro rata refunds to 2020/21 Season Ticket holders for the home match against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday 20th September have been processed.
Those fans due a refund will have had the equivalent of one-nineteenth of the total amount of their Season Ticket paid back to the card used to buy the ticket.
Some supporters will receive multiple payments due to orders for separate Season Tickets that sit on their account.
Payments may take a few days to appear depending on your banking provider. If any 2020/21 Season Ticket holders have concerns that their payment hasn’t gone through, please contact the Ticket Office call centre, available every Tuesday and Wednesday on 02381 780780.
Payments for some supporters have failed to process. They have been notified and a member of the Ticket Office will be in touch with them by Wednesday 14th October at the latest to process the refund via the telephone.
We would like to thank all supporters for their patience in these difficult times. We have undertaken tests to ensure all payments are complete and correct, which going forward will help improve the speed of refunds as we continue into the 2020/21 season.
The pro rata refund process for the match against West Bromwich Albion on Sunday 4th October have begun. We will advise fans once this process has been completed.
Finally, all supporters that had requested a refund for the final four home matches of the 2019/20 season that were played behind closed doors should now have received further communication and had this payment finalised. If you have not, we ask that you complete this form in as soon as possible.
