Season Ticket instalment option available

Supporters can spread the price of their Season Ticket over three instalments at no extra cost*, and for the first time will not be required to pass a credit check either.

Simply purchase your Season Ticket online and select to pay by instalments at checkout – the first 30% of the total cost will be payable when you select your seat.

The final two payments of 35% each will be taken from the same card on Monday 31^st August and Wednesday 30^th September.

If you have a credit for your 2019/20 Season Ticket, this will be applied ahead of your final payment on Wednesday 30^th September. As credits are not removed directly from online transactions, please check the following depending on your situation:

• For all new Season Ticket holders or renewals who are paying the full value of the Season Ticket – you can purchase multiple seats in one transaction and select pay by instalments at the checkout.
• For those looking to use credits against their 2020/21 Season Ticket to purchase one seat – select your seat and choose to pay by instalments at the checkout. The credits on your account will be removed from your final instalment ahead of payment being taken on Wednesday 30^th September. • For those looking to purchase multiple 2020/21 Season Tickets and use credits from each account - please fill in your details here for a call so that we can process your Season Ticket.

The deadline to apply for one of these three month instalment plans for your 2020/21 Season Ticket is Friday 21st August.

Ticketing representatives will be available on Tuesdays and Fridays through July in our West Quay store and we will share further details of when the Ticket Office at St Marys will be available in the coming weeks.

What is the deadline to set up the Season Ticket instalment option?

This must be set up by Friday 21st August.

What happens if I don’t pay a later instalment?

Failure to make payment on a later instalment will mean that your rights as a season ticket holder will be suspended until full payment has been made. We will contact supporters who fail to pay an instalment and you can also contact us to make payment. You will not be refunded previously paid amounts.

Why cant I go through V12 as I did last season?

A: The new instalment option replaces our previous methods of taking out a finance agreement with V12 due to their current suspension of funding Football season tickets in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
