Getting there by car

Travel to the M25 Junction 27 and go onto the M11 southbound. Follow the M11 south until it divides to join the A406. Take the left-hand fork signposted A406 South.

The end of the motorway joins the A406 from the left. Make sure you’re in one of the two outside lanes. Proceed south, passing the junctions for Redbridge and Ilford.

Leave the A406 at the Barking junction and at the roundabout turn right, taking the third exit towards East Ham. Proceed west until you have passed the lights at East Ham Town Hall. At the next lights, turn right onto Green Street.

The best postcode to enter into a sat nav is E13 9AZ.

Car parking

The best areas to look for spaces are roads to the left off Barking Road, while there is also parking available at Newham General Hospital.
