Three autumn fixtures picked for TV coverage

Saints’ autumn clashes with Chelsea, Liverpool and AFC Bournemouth have been rearranged and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

The trip to Stamford Bridge on Saturday 3rd October will now kick off at 5.30pm BST. However, should Saints reach the group stage of the UEFA Europa League, the game will take place on Sunday 4th October at 12pm BST.

Saints will now travel to Liverpool on Sunday 25th October with a kick-off time of 4.15pm GMT, while the Halloween home clash with the Cherries now moves back a day to Sunday 1st November at 4pm GMT.

Six of Southampton’s matches in the opening three months of the season will be televised, following on from the news that the club’s first three home games of the new campaign had been picked.
