With just 73 days until the start of the 2015/16 Barclays Premier League campaign, saintsfc.co.uk provides a list of key dates in the build-up to the big kick-off.

Saints’ players will return for pre-season training on Monday 29th June as they prepare for the 2015/16 campaign.

The Premier League season gets under way on Saturday 8th August, concluding on Sunday 15th May 2016, with fixtures set to be released on Wednesday 17th June.

A month after the release, if Arsenal beat Aston Villa in the FA Cup Final, Saints will find out their Europa League third qualifying round opponents. The first leg will be played on Thursday 30th July with the return leg a week later on Thursday 6th August.

Success for Saints in the third qualifying round would see their name go into the hat for the play-off round. The draw will take place on Friday 7th August, with the first leg on Thursday 20th August and the second leg one week later.

The draw for the group stage will take place on Friday 28th August, with the first round of matches scheduled for Thursday 17th September.

Should Saints qualify for Europe, they will enter the Capital One Cup at the third-round stage. The draw for the third round will be made the week commencing 24th August, with the ties to be played week commencing 22nd September.

An Aston Villa win on Saturday would mean Saints come in at the second-round stage of the Capital One Cup. The second round is scheduled to take place the week commencing 24th August, with the draw set to take place following the conclusion of the first round two weeks previous.

The Capital One Cup final will take place on Sunday 28th February 2016.
