As Saints head into a crucial period in the season – and with a number of Category A fixtures around the corner – the club has reviewed its ticket policy.
Supporters have asked us to reassess the policy and the way we sell our tickets, which we have. Ensuring dedicated fans are given the opportunity to attend our home fixtures is a priority, so too is rewarding the loyalty of our Season Ticket holders.
We’re also committed to seeing new Saints fans come through the gates at St Mary’s and to introducing new supporters into the Southampton Way.
Most importantly: the safety of every single fan inside St Mary’s is paramount, which is why it is necessary to have policies in place.
After reviewing our current policy, Saints can confirm Season Ticket holders can now purchase up to two additional tickets for home fixtures. Should you wish to purchase an additional ticket, it will be assigned to your Customer Number and therefore the conduct of the ticket holder is your responsibility.
It is important to note that should you attend a home fixture via a Season Ticket holder’s additional ticket, you will not be given a Customer Number and therefore will not automatically qualify in the club’s criteria of a having a previous purchase history. As a result, until you open an account, you will be unable to purchase your own tickets to any fixture that requires a Customer Number.
Tickets are currently on sale for the visits of Manchester United and Everton. Next week, tickets will go on sale for the home fixtures against Chelsea and Arsenal.
