Alderweireld in Belgium squad for EURO 2016 qualifiers

Toby Alderweireld is in Belgium’s squad for their UEFA EURO 2016 qualifying matches against Andorra and Bosnia & Herzegovina later this month.

The Red Devils are yet to play a game in their qualifying group, containing Wales, Cyprus and Israel as well as Andorra and Bosnia.

Belgium did beat Australia 2-0 in a friendly during the last round of international fixtures, with Alderweireld playing the full 90 minutes.

The defender and his teammates will be hoping to get their qualifying campaign off to a good start when they welcome Andorra on Friday 10th October, kick-off 7:45pm BST.

Belgium will then travel to Zenica to take on Bosnia and Herzegovina on Monday 13th October, kick-off 7:45pm BST.
