The Club are pleased to announce the following ticketing arrangements for the first game of our season – the trip to Barclays Premier League champions Manchester City.
Due to the anticipated high demand for this fixture, which takes place on Sunday 19th August at 4pm, the Club successfully managed to secure the maximum away ticket allocation for the visit to the Etihad Stadium.
Saints have been given 2,800 seats for the match in Blocks 113, 114 and 115 on Level 1 of the South Stand plus Blocks 213, 214 and 215 on Level 2.
Having been given a sizeable allocation for our first trip to City since January 2007, fans are urged to make the most of this opportunity to welcome Saints back into the big time.
So snap up your tickets and help turn one corner of the home of the current Premier League champions into a sea of red and white to show the nation that Saints mean business in the top flight.
Purchasing Information
From 9am on Thursday 2nd August, Season Ticket Holders will have a week-long priority booking window to purchase tickets for this match.
Tickets can be bought online at our Online Ticketing Website or in person at the St Mary's Ticket Office. The allowance is one ticket per Season Ticket Holder.
If required, any remaining tickets will go on general sale from 9am on Thursday 9th August via our website and from the Ticket Office.
In line with our recent announcement regarding our new loyalty points scheme, anyone successfully purchasing a ticket will have ten points added to their Saints Loyalty Points Account.
Don’t forget, Season Ticket Holders will automatically earn loyalty points according to the advertised match categories for home games as soon as tickets for the match go on sale. A Season Ticket Holder will therefore automatically earn 295 points across the season (50 for 5 x Cat A, 105 for 7 x Cat B and 140 for 7 x Cat C).
During the season, the Club will announce the priority booking arrangements for Season Ticket Holders and supporters who hold a specific number of points for matches, particularly where demand for tickets is anticipated to exceed the number on sale.
Ticket prices for the match at the Etihad Stadium are as follows:
Level 1 (Blocks 113, 114 & 115)
Adults – £49.00
Under 16s – £27.00
Over 65s – £40.00
Wheelchair/Walking Ambulant plus free assistant – £40.00
Level 2 (Blocks 213, 214 & 215)
Adults – £51.00
Under 16s – £27.00
Over 65s – £42.00
Please be aware that there will be no transfers or refunds from the Ticket Office.
Away Coach Travel:
Coach travel arrangements are changing for the 2012-13 season, and will no longer operated by the Ticket Office.
